Exclusion of All Incidental and Consequential Damages
NO PAYMENT OR OTHER COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE SUCH AS, DAMAGE OF PROPERTY OR LOSS OF REVENUE WHICH MIGHT BE PAID, INCURRED OR SUSTAINED BY REASON OF THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON CARBCARCOM WEBSITE.
However, some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Governing Law
All suits and special proceedings pursuant to or arising out of this sale be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and that in any action, special proceeding, or other proceeding that may be brought arising out of, in connection with, or by reason of this agreement, the laws of the State of Georgia shall be applicable and shall govern to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted. All suits pursuant to or arising out of this sale shall be brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. Both buyer and seller consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives any defenses or claims to the contrary, including but not limited to, lack of jurisdiction or improper venue
